Perhaps it’s the end of litigation as we know it.

Prepare for? They’re lawyers and businessmen. They should already know.

Should there be a NDA on an NDA? I can’t disclose because I can’t tell you if I have something to disclose or not!

If one uses the pronoun “thou”, one should realize that the proper verb, in this case, is “shouldst”.
