The comic book store I used to go to (70s-80s) was owned by a man (a college professor no less) whose wife and her parents ran the store. Now that was a family.

Well after all, you were only out of their hair for a week.

But she was still using their NETFLIX account.

Her nickname is Boomerang……no matter how far you throw her out she keeps coming back.

“But we’ve already turned your old room into our personal ’Room of Sensual Delight”! And no, you can’t go in there!"

There she is, John – your ‘marvelous’ dream girl.

Mom and Dad there have an acid sense of humor.

Who needs rent, Bella. If they toss in a bad pun with the anger, guilt and sarcasm, it’ll feel like you’re living all snug inside a Pearls Before Swine strip.
