You’re beyond your years, Michael. Not even adults figure that out.

What difference does it make mailing it today or tomorrow Michael.

Love has a way of doing that to people.

Are you kidding? Maybe you’ll get some ribbing from your crowd, but when she shows it to her friends and they get dewey eyed, you will develop into a legendary ladies’ man! You’ll have to fight them off! They’ll also be waiting in the wings in case Martha dumps you.

My first love letter (if you can call it that), when I was in 6th grade, was from an 8th grade boy in our junior high. He would write me letters several times a week….but they weren’t mushy letters. Usually they were just telling me about a cake he was helping his mom make or something about homework. But he DID sign them “Love, Louie” and put hearts and kisses at the bottom. Of course, what 12 year old girl wouldn’t be smitten by this?

Fun fact: In the U.S., all Postal Service drop boxes have been replaced with more secure ones due to letter thieves fishing with coat hangers or such through the too-wide mail slots. And, they are no longer placed in convenient spots where one could drive up to mail a letter. Just one more loss of convenience due to a few jerks.

I’m calling it now — Mike gets saved from the embarrassment because he forgot to put a stamp on the letter!

Are mailboxes in Canada usually red? Most of the big, stand-alone ones I see in the U.S. seem to b blue.

I’ve been stupid in love with my wife for fifty years…

Don’t worry about it Mike. The next time you see Martha she’ll give you a kiss you’ll never forget.

I did something similar years ago and have regretted it ever since.

Along with fear of rejection, Michael !!!! ENJOY !!!! lol

We have seen the distant future.

Emotion blocks reason every time. Mike still hasn’t learned not to let his emotions make all of his life decisions or drive all of his actions.

Under its influence can dampen the brain.
