In their defense, they only gave up on it after it gave up the ghost.

My car gave up on me. She’s in the shop for a new fuel pump and a whole key lock assembly. She is elderly, a 2006, so I’m not surprised. Trouble is, she’ll be in there for the next 10 days. And suddenly I have places I want to go. Sigh.

That poor tree has no chance either.

I don’t know. to me it appears that the Bixby’s could have given up on cleaning out their garage-turned-storage-shed and on pulling out the weeds growing up through cracks in the driveway.

Either the car is in the garage and is staying there or it was a Mini Cooper and that’s it’s grave

Pretty good for growing on an oil spot.

Since they live deep in the city, the Bixbys get their only 4-wheeling thrill just getting out of their garage.

Wait, isn’t this the driveway at Carl’s next door neighbor? Where’s Carl?! Why have the the projectiles suddenly stopped?

They have all taken up roller skating. Or unicycling.

It would appear that way, but no. Ballard Landscaping & Ballet lessons had the plan upside down. The planted island is supposed to be on the back side of the garage…

The movement to use public transportation has finally reached Ballard St.. A truly sad moment.

My 1999 Miata gave up on me in March. I’ve been carless since. Somehow it doesn’t seem so bad anymore. The first few weeks were panic filled.

The Bixby’s moved and left a plant for the new owners!

More likely, the garage is full of “stuff” and they park their car on the street – suburbia. :)
