Jack Magnus is back and he looks less drunk than he did when he was playing J. Straightedge Trustworthy in the musical last year. Good for him!
A member of the crew is taking Kandikane’s equipment bag for her. Sally had better keep her eyes on the prize if she expects to sneak off with the Thermos that’s inside it.
From past stories, we know Kandikane is bright, talented and courageous. She is a filmmaker and photographer who was cool under fire, saving Vitamin’s life when Silver shot him. Sally should have done a little homework, as an interview with Kandi would logically focus on her work as a documentary filmmaker. Sally sees the bag and may lose sight of her weak cover story. The theatre is a buzzing with activity in preparation for opening night of Our Town. Will the curtain soon fall on Sally?

LOLA: Not interested. 2- ROCK: Don’t be that way…oooh. Photo! Cheese! 3- BARBER: Let’s go see if we can find that baby you’re so worried about. LOLA: Ummm, that guy’s trying to steal your purse. BARBER: Yeah, kind of rough around off-off-off-off-off-off Broadway. But don’t you worry. They don’t steal babies if that’s what you’re thinking. No money in it. Or in my purse! I learned my lesson after the 6th one. Wanna know where I keep my money? LOLA: NO!
Sally “Kassie” is certainly not too happy at having her mug shot at the scene of her intended nefarious deed! And as the camera bag (with? or without? Scarlet Sting thermos) meanders off in the hands of a flunky, Sally may well be starting to panic over the thought that her mission is not going anywhere nearly as smoothly as she had hoped. Heavenly days! Maybe I should have let Little Doc clean up his own mess!

I love plays and “Our Town” by Thornton Wilder is among my top favorite plays. It’s a wonderful tribute and I applaud you for doing it. Best, Nick
