I, for one, think Biden is much more popular than panel 4 suggests. It’s just a matter of making sure his main supporters take a break from yelling at Millennials to get off their lawns just long enough to get out and vote.
For the bulk of policies, Biden has lots of company. Booker, Harris, Buttegieg, Hickenlooper, Delaney, Bullock, O’Rourke, all seem to me like neoliberals. Even Warren, with her goal of taming capitalism, is pro-military; in the last six years she has voted yes on the Pentagon budget twice as many times as no.
If Biden gets the nomination, I will vote for him, because, deluded and neoliberal as he is, he’s better than #45.
However, his day is past. He doesn’t get it. He thinks he is the adult in the room, which is a massive, sexist insult to many of the candidates. I think it likely, watching the extremely smart campaign she is running, that Warren will eat his lunch. She’s already forced him (and Bernie, actually) to move leftward, and she can appeal to Trump voters!
And let’s not forget he is roughly in the same level of awareness and popularity as Jeb Bush was at this same time…

Partisanship: only care about those who think/feel the same way you do. Are you sure this is the best way to govern?

Honestly, couldn’t agree more. We need someone who has convictions and is willing to lose to uphold them.

I’ve always like Biden, though disagreed on some things. But he is not the answer.

Very good, Rall. It’s actually worse than that, but the “1/2” theme is perfect.

Well, panel four is the outcome Ted is hoping for.

I never supported Biden for President in any of his attempts; but since you put it that way, it is your duty to help Trump get elected again.

Bidenism? I thought that was a mind altering right of passage from GOP doltism to real life.
