Would you like insurance? Most personal policies do not cover incidental space debris dings, water landings or dents as a result of hitting the ground on re-entry.
Pisses me off every time. I once bought a cheap plastic 2-gallon gas can and refilled the tank from it after I pulled into the return slot at an airport where the nearest reasonable priced gas was about 40 miles away. They tried to add a “disposal” charge to my credit card, but ended up accepting the car back, full, for no extra charge. My total cost was probably 50¢ more, by the time I paid for the gas can, but it was so satisfying!
