No need to slow walk.. heck you could even run.. The trump forgets… even the last sentence he just made. What is scary.. is that Republicans are unwilling to see the dementia that is getting worse day by day.
No hurry, Trump is one that can pause in mid sentence to deny what he just said was not what he just said. Most would say,oh I misspoke, not Trump. Never never ever admit he said something wrong.
I once had a CEO rather like Il Douche (but not so evil): He had a dozen crazy ideas a day. And this is pretty much exactly how we treated them. 95% of them got forgotten / overwritten by the next wild idea. If he asked about one of them later we would tell him we were reasearching. And if he asked again a second time, then we might begin to pay attention. If it seemed only moderately hare-brained or better.
