It really feels like a violation when you live through the aftermath of a break-in. It’s creepy how you don’t feel safe in your own home afterwards. I’m glad we don’t go anywhere overnight anymore. Ever since we starting keeping parrots, someone has to be home for them. Sitters are increasing difficult to find that have the needed experience.
