Trump is trying to distance himself from Roger Stone all of a sudden. But as CAMPAIGN CHAIR (and now convicted felon) Paul Manafort (who was introduced to Trump by Roger Stone who he had worked with for decades) said that Roger Stone and Donald Trump “were so close it was hard to tell where one ended and the other began.”

And yes, Roger Stone actually does have a big tattoo of his original deity Richard Nixon on his back. And as numerous political cartoonists have hinted at, maybe he has added one of his newest deity, Trump, on his butt cheeks (that would really be a t-Rump).

Maybe as a reciprocal gesture, Trump can also get one of Nixon on his back, underneath the one of Putin, and one of Roger Stone on HIS butt cheeks.

To get stoned after a plea deal or get rogered in prison, that is the question he should be asking.

Great job on this one. I wondered if the cartoonists were going to do a Nixon tattoo on the back soon. Ha.

Last night we watched the Netflix original documentary Get Me Roger Stone. It didn’t get all the attention that Christian Bale’s depiction of Dick Cheney did in Vice, but as an actual documentary (not a dramatization) featuring many long interviews with Stone himself, it deserves to be seen as widely. It’s available via streaming.

Ford pardoned Nixon with the intention of helping the country “heal”. Many of the people in the Nixon administration re-grouped and became part of the Bush 43 administration. They used their “new Pearl Harbor” to enact the Patriot Act and start two wars (they’d been planning to attack Iraq since January 2001). Much of the torture of the POWs was to try to find a connection between Iraq and 9/11, but no connection existed and they couldn’t get a false “confession”. Even after multiple war crimes, Obama said that the country needed to look to the future rather than the past.

This leniency seems to have just emboldened those who will do anything for power and profit. Trump and his co-conspirators need to be prosecuted and receive severe enough sentences to discourage future criminals.

Trump to Stone: I’m going to get a Kim Jong Un tat before our next summit. Do you think it will make me look fat?

A Dallas News piece titled, “How Putin oligarchs funneled millions into GOP campaigns.” is one of the best pieces you’ll read on the subject. Here are a couple of excerpts.

Blavatnik contributed a total of $3.5 million to a PAC associated with Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, R-Ky. Blavatnik contributed $1.5 million to the GOP Senate Leadership Fund PAC in the name of Access Industries and another $1 million in the name of AI-Altep Holdings during the 2015/2016 election season. And as of September 2017, he had contributed another $1 million this year through AI–Altep.

Blavatnik, whose family emigrated to the U.S. in the late 1970s, is a longtime business associate of Russian oligarchs Oleg Deripaska and Viktor Vekselberg, both of whom have ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.

Along with McConnell, Republican Senators Marco Rubio and Lindsey Graham received hefty sums from Blavatnik as well.

donald Trump has spent so much of his life ignoring legalities and being bought out of them, he doesn’t even know what he’s legally entitled to, business-wise much less anything else. He could do plenty of business with Russia if he wanted. What he couldn’t do is sell them the U.S. Not knowing that is what added “stupid” to his resume.

Shame we couldn’t have sent Stone along on Nixon’s trip to Hell. Ancient graves often contain the remains of a leader’s servants.

ha ha – very cute. Obama has a tattoo of Al Sharpton, a frequent White House guest during his administration. You know, the lying, tax-dodging race-baiter Al Sharpton.
