I have done this. Wrap stuff as soon as I buy it (for myself) and I totally forget what it was. There IS an upside to getting old.
Being up late at night can have the same result without the wine.
Condition – ‘Amazonesia’, symptom: forgetting what you ordered by the time the package arrives.
