In trump’s case, he ONLY hears what HE wants to hear, no matter what people are REALLY saying.
The only thing more astounding than the amount of hypocrisy of these people, is the arrogance. They think they’re entitled to their double standards, and LOVE to flaunt the fact. Part of why they break rules blatantly, publicly and with impunity, is not only to materially benefit themselves, but also to show the world that rules don’t apply to them. This is as common a trait of narcissists as it is for your typical grade-school bully.
Remember folks, only someone guilty of a crime can be pardoned, like Sheriff Jim Arpaio. Pardons can only be given for actions that are illegal, not, actions that might be illegal.
