   50% of the people have below average intelligence. These people are easy prey for conservative media like Fox, NewsMax and now CNN along with the conservative slant on most other mass media. The demagoguery spewed by the most watched misinformation outlets works quite well. It’s given us the mess we’re currently in. These viewers are scared to death over lies and react accordingly to these lies. Fox has been spewing their demagoguery for over 20 years. That’s a whole generation plus that’s been fed fear, hate and lies. What else can we now expect from a political party that is reaping the fruit from this spew. The same owners of these media outlets also own the republican cult. Reagan really started the ball rolling by de-funding US public education. The results of what America’s worst ever president did are now coming home to roost. I claim that Reagan was the worst because of the things that the republican party did with him at the helm during those 8 years set up the country to where it would be easily possible to install something like Trump as president.

   Just happening to be listening to Bob Dylan’s “Knockin’ On Heaven’s Door” when I scrolled to this. For an old guy like me, that’s a bit scary.

   I’m guessing the same thing is going on in every republican owned state. Republicans are no longer a party, but an evil and very greedy cult. Owning and controlling most of the mainstream media makes it a lot easier for them to keep their unwoke supporters in line.

    This works fine for the majority of people. Remember that half the population has an IQ of less than 100. The current pre-strike popularity of most of the crap coming out of Hollywood proves the point.
