Far more Americans have been massacred in U.S. mass shootings than have been murdered by terrorists.

And almost all of these massacres have been committed by white males — not Muslims, Mexicans or African-Americans.

It terrorists killed as many in the US as our own crazies and gang members, with help from plain idiots, we’d be in real trouble. Our interference in other countries has more to do with maintaining that global terrorism, than stopping it.

This is the wrong sort of “game” to be trying to play catch-up! There are NO winners!!

What is a life worth in the US now? Is there a quota before the Democrats and Republicans are willing to work out a rational compromise to protect the innocent from the home-grown insane suicidal terrorists?

Would it shift opinion if “mass shootings” were reported as “an act of domestic terror?” How is our home grown kind of killing any different from the kind of killing everyone around the world lives with every day? We think we are somehow set off and safe, but we are just part of a bigger flow of, what . . . events? understanding? experience? A world problem needs a world solution. Not expecting that to come from Glorious Leader.

Our own domestic right wing terrorists with AR-15’s have been ripping it up the last two years, thanks Republicans!

The mound of skulls from the actions of the U.S. military, including its support of right-wing governments worldwide, would make these “twin towers” look like pimples.

Those two towers would be mere bumps if the tower of all those killed in the name of revenge were included. America is certainly able to kick-ass in places like Afghanistan and the middle East where civilians are the presumed enemy.. so, for your ~3000 trade tower deaths.. you wreaked revenge on many many more. And still have not won.

this is another “both sides” issues – because the picture here shows how the media portraits these two issues.

If those two towers were in/representing the Middle East, they could be labeled “civilians killed by roadside and car bombs” and “civilians killed by bombs dropped from government aircraft”. And many different groups/governments have been involved in each side.
