Sounds like a very prickly subject.

I love the color scheme of this room, including the art. But Marlon wonders, what is Marion trying to say? She is always so prepared for these discussions, which always turn into lectures.

But is Marion capable of dry wit?

I hope she’s not indicating that she feels parched for affection…..

Or that her love has gone dry…..

He’s hoping that she thinks of him as her sweet oasis…

Not a thorn in her side.

He might want to suggest a nice margarita together, round the ol’ watering hole, before they start…

Just to smooth the way across the hot sands…..

and maybe take the edge off the burning glare.

It’s a very stickery situation. And no cactus candy either. Sad.

For years, Marlon wondered why Marion was able to remember every little thing that he had ever done wrong…then she quit hiding her list….
