I wish my wish will not be granted.

Right, so if we assume from the start it will be denied… that doesn’t make it any less paradoxical.

Is Marigold going to stop being a unicorn?

    Maybe she’ll become (gasp)…a HUMAN?!

I love your philosophy, Phoebe! There is always something to look forward to! Even if we don’t have our own unicorn, there always will be icecream!

Phoebe being (temporarily) changed into a unicorn with ice cream sandwich would be cool.

There’s no paradox here. These whishes aren’t granted or denied, instead these are simply ignored.

It would be hysterical if, because Marigold told Phoebe her wish, that she stopped being a unicorn and became a human. It would give the artist a chance to envision Marigold as a person, and we’d all get to witness the hysterics as Marigold desperately searched for a way to return to unicorn status. Actually, the story line could be developed in a number of different directions.

I had discovered this series of cartoons on the seventh day of this November (this past Wednesday) and had enjoyed it for its format (serialized episodes) and philosophies up to the time in which this message was created and posted.

I wish I were a unicorn With mane and hooves and sparkling horn And fur of white so proudly worn And heart so pure and never torn A unicorn I wasn’t born But I would not be so forlorn If I woke up some sunny morn To find myself a unicorn

I’d like an ice cream sandwich, on rye, with mustard.
