It doesn’t matter about the dinosaurs because they stinked.

    Take care and God bless.

Fun (fake) fact: When they go to a get a hamburger, smokejumpers always say “No” when asked if they want their buns toasted.

That $5 bill (Confederate) turned out to be unlucky for Lincoln. Rumor has it $2 bills (U.S., first introduced in 1862) are unlucky — https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/two-buck-luck/

Does anyone else remember the 1960’s TV series “Ripcord” about a team of smoke jumpers?

Sometimes I think this “believe it or not” series should be changed to “common knowledge acquired in grade school.”

It’s the same dinosaur over and over; it’s just that those scientists want to put their own names on everything; it’s the tomasauraus, dickasaurus, and harryasaurus.

Proving that dinosaurs, like artists, never get the recognition they deserve in their lifetimes…Come to think of it, neither did Lincoln.

Smoke Jumpers all have a little Charles Bronson in them.

There’s a song about a tragedy where smoke jumpers died. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KgQNeGPJdcQ inspired by the true story of the Mann Gulch Fire.

A nature center here showed a short film by a dinosaur researcher who said we might be mistaken about the number of different species that have been discovered. He says the children dinosaurs weren’t necessarily little copies of the adults, just smaller. Shapes and proportions can change as the young grow up. This may lead paleontolgists to incorrectly conclude different species have been discovered.

How long has that rate been going? I just read that there were 1,047 identified dinosaur species by September 17 this year.

And what would a smoke jumper do after coming down in the mid of a wildfire?

Unlikely that we can tell a genus from a species. So probably all finds are distinct genera.
