Why are religious CONservatives SO OBSESSED about who OTHER PEOPLE love? Anyone who thinks two men or two women loving each other are a threat to their marriages are the ones who have problems in their marriages. The only way marriage equality is a threat to anyone else’s marriage is if one of them is attracted to those of their same gender.

Those who are comfortable and confident in their own personal lives do not obsess about the private lives of others.

This becomes apparent when you see the significant percentage of people who preach against and obsess about LGBT people and then get caught with gay hookers. Those who are obsessed with the private lives of others are trying to cover up the tortured self-loathing that has been imposed on them by the cruel hoax of a culture of bigotry.

The Muppets parent company should sue for defamation of character after these two faces were used.

When I saw this on the news all I could do was shake my head as in what is the world coming to. These are Muppets for crying out loud. When my daughter and I watched Sesame Street together (many years ago) no one gave a thought about these two. These days everyone seems obsessed with sex. Anyone recall that the original Bert and Ernie were kind of like a Greek chorus in It’s a Wonderful Life? Frank Faylen played Ernie and Ward Bond (later to gain fame as the wagonmaster on Wagon Train) was Bert.

LGBT rights should have been there from the beginning of USA freedoms. Of course if they were called to question like they are now. They would probably been denied. Then we wouldn’t have to worry about it now. Likewise, there shouldn’t be gay rights parades either. Why should they be treated special?
