    My dad once pulled out a pocket calculator to see if getting a discount for paying now was less expensive than charging it. It wasn’t.

    always took the ‘no interest, pay off in a year’ plan. Not bad UNLESS your a moron and miss a payment, then God help you.

    They’ll be lucky if the washer lasts 7 years. I had a 5 year old washer that died. I compared the cost to repair vs cost to replace, and it was cheaper to replace. The sales guy said the average life of new washers is about 5 years.
