    Good morning™, acquaintances of Pat!

Mike has said that Lafayette, as we now know him, is somebody’s brother. I think someone mentioned Apollo last week. I’d say that this guy could be Apollo’s brother.

So who is this guy and why has he been following this Topper fellow? Which we should find out by tomorrow.

The name, Lafayette or La Fayette, became popular in the United States due to the fame of “Marie-Joseph Paul Yves Roch Gilbert du Motier, Marquis de Lafayette,” a key figure in the American Revolution, and later, the French Revolution.  The name comes from Occitan “la faieta,” the beech forest. The Occitan language was once the dominant language of southern France.

The man who is there but can’t be seen? Sort of like Topper’s ghosts?

The most dramatic entrance of a character named LaFayette since the Guns & Ships number in Hamilton.

    Well, thanks, Pat.

    Lafayette Austin!

    Should I swoon, or something?

Possibly the most over-done entry since Team Tracy took the reigns….
