At least the coal industry is not on Amazon’s radar … that’s where someone thinks future jobs are. Yes, we’re in the next phase of the industrial revolution where many things, including manufacturing jobs, are going to become obsolete and just as many, or more new career opportunities will be available to those who have been conservative (small ‘c’) enough to prepare for every contingency and not squander their future with short term thinking and debt.

Can someone explain to me how Amazon has swallowed healthcare? I work for a hospital chain (and there are many more) that are not part of Amazon. The last I heard, they were just behind Costco as a retail outlet.

Welcome to the Free market and unfettered greed – they have built a better mouse-trap and now the mice are complaining?

Vertical and horizontal trusts were addressed in the 19th century. Has Amazon discovered a new dimension or is the Justice Department not being well directed?

Amazon is doing more for public health care than the Republicans are.

@ROBNVON - It has been years since our federal government has shown any concern about business monoplies! Example: We now have only 4 major airlines - and Buffet’s Berkshire Hathaway owns slightly less than 10% of the shares of each of them!
