This tribute got me interested in looking up the classic Little Nemo strip some time ago. I got an anthology. It turns out to have been quite good, at least for a while. But Nemo’s dream life was a bit more adventurous than that.
The title character in “Reid Fleming: World’s Toughest Milkman” used to watch “Adventures of Ivan” regularly. At some point, Ivan died, and the series became something like “Horrors of Ivan,” as it watched his immobile corpse moulder.
