If you believe that a baby-killing absence of regulations is a good thing, vote Republican.

Trump Disciples still believe he’s on their side.

And they are convinced that he’s draining the swamp.

    Because analysis skills.

Where I live, somehow the laws always seem to favor old money, existing products and systems over what are obviously better, cleaner, more cost effective, new ones. Just coincidence, I guess.

Yep, he’s just as inept, and utterly unqualified as ALL of Donnie Dumpsterfire’s other picks!

All of Trumps picks are the antithesis of the positions that he picks them to fill. None of them have a positive recommendation for the jobs that they’re supposed to be doing. It’s Trump’s perception of reality. As bought and paid for by either the Koch brothers or Russia. Choose someone who is totally wrong for the job. That’s the way to make sure that we tear the government apart. That’s the raining philosophy.

I figure the résumé checking for Cabinet positions was all done via Google searches for “Who hates [the environment / public schools / energy / unions / justice / etc.] most of all?”

If the goal is to dismantle/minimize the agency that you are put in charge of, Trump’s picks actually make sense.

The funniest …. no …. the most ironic part of this government’s War on Drugs is that the only people that they are hurting are those who are not abusing the opioid drugs. You have veterans who have come back with horrendous injuries who need a maintenance system of pain relief. You have terminal cancer patients and cancer survivors who all live with constant pain who need a maintenance system of pain relief. You have senior citizens who have constant pain from the normal breakdown of systems of the human body who live with constant pain and need a Humane system of pain relief. These are the people who do not abuse opioids if they are put on a maintenance system. But they are the first people, they are the first who are taken off of opioids because they are the ones that are the first targets. The people who can no longer get their maintenance system of pain relief end up going to the black market and trying to find substitutes. Guess what? Whatever they get on the Black Market has got to be dangerous and it’s not a good guarantee of safe pain relief. And sooner or later they are going to get hold of something dangerously addicting. Whatever is called? There are so many dangerously bad drugs on the black market..? No, the drug dealers are not going to be the ones who are put out of business. The drug dealers are the ones who are going to profit from this war on opioids. Every time you make something illegal, the black market takes over and they make the profit. And those War veterans and cancer patients and senior citizens who can no longer stand the pain that they have to live with day in and day out, what do you think they are going to do? You’ve seen it happen to celebrities because they’re the ones who get the news columns written about them when they suicide because they can’t stand the pain they’re in any longer. The other victims of this war on opioids who will end up with no relief in sight who may or may not suicide, you’ll never hear about them.

The party of small government is keeping a list of everyone physicians report as an opiod-dependent patient. This will regulate prescribing of Schedule II opioids more strictly for political opponents and limit the quantity of that can be prescribed depending on how the individual states voted during the presidential election.
