Absolutely right there Puck though my Tryfan would have disagreed on the fudge part, he loved chocolate. I always had to hide it from him.

Treat time with my four used to be like a luchador match because they wouldn’t share – sort of like the seagull scene in Finding Nemo. Of course the little female Nyssa used to win the most treats, the boys were rather scared of her even though they were twice her size.

@jimmjonzz, just went back to yesterday to read your kitten tale, I can not stop laughing and Sammy is looking at me like I’ve suddenly grown another head :)

lol! I love the “Kit-Ti” treats bag Lupin’s holding with the eighth note on it and the play on words! What about the Circle of Purrs? :D I’m so glad we have daily strips. I can’t imagine going back to the days when we had to wait for Monday and Thursday (I think that was the pattern) to get a new strip. Georgia always knows how to put a smile on my face first thing in the morning—gets my day started off on the right paw. This is the first strip I look at every day.

It doesn’t take them long to know when treat time is! But sometimes they try to pretend (about an hour or so later) that I forgot. Once in a while it actually works, lol.

My kitty gets 2 small shrimp each day around noon. He’s like clockwork in his determination not to let me forget this. EVER! If I have to go out & am gone over lunch all he wants when I get home are those two little cold crustaceans.

If on the rare occasion I forgot treat time, Py, The Imperial would get them out of the cupboard and he and his minion of the moment would crash around in my kitchen with them until they tore open the bag. Waiting on his absent minded human wasn’t ever high on his list of things to do.

Lupin’s deafness doesn’t disturb him at all. I guess he can’t miss what he never had…and the offshoot of this situation is that while the other boys continue to debate the finer points of music theory, he gets an early start on gobbling up the contents of that bag of treats!
