More sushi/seafood/artichokes for me, YUM!! If you can taste your sushi you haven’t put enough wasabi on. :) Favourite fish is shore lunch: anything just caught (pike, perhaps?), filleted, dipped in fish crisp and pan-fried in butter, with a beer and a view of the lake it came from. Also, you haven’t lived until you have had artichoke and potato pie.
Around these parts we have Wiarton Willie, a white groundhog prognosticator. I am usually grateful, though, if we ONLY have six more weeks of winter. :)
