A pair of scissors would come in handy right about now.

Nope, Hobbes is eating that cold dinner.

It might not be TOO hard, but for the art style: Calvin’s big head and shoes are a real problem at this point!

They just don’t make imaginary friends like they used to – they can tie you up, but all thumbs when it comes to untying.

I don’t know if anyone has checked out the last couple Bloom County strips. Our favorite tiger makes an appearance.

I would like someone to draw a comic strip to explain what is really happening in a lot of these Calvin strips.

For his next trick the Great Calvini will attempt to escape from Moms’ wrath.

Go up and check, Mom! He might have locked himself in the closet again!

If Mom walked in, what would she find? Remember, as soon as she (or anyone else) shows up, Hobbes is a stuffed toy, and the imaginary part of Calvin’s situation vanishes.

Calvin couldn’t have tied himself up, could he?

A proper tiger friend would use his talons of death to slash the ropes.

Paging Alexander the Great…

Is Calvin fit to be tied?

Wonder what Mum would say if Calvin tried to blame it on the Tiger…

Most people who are “tied up” at the office can walk away if they wish. I wonder how deep in his imagination Calvin is (or is he? It might all be real, no? :-D ).
