Well, there’s no question that the Яepublicants’☠ AHCA TRyanDon’tCare Death Bill is a hideous, stitched together, and profoundly brain-damaged Frankenstein’s Monster of a bill. But no one summarized TRyanDon’tCare better than, who else, Paul Krugman. He called it a “dog’s breakfast” that’s insidiously designed to “to comfort the comfortable and afflict the afflicted.” What concerns me is that, assuming their abortion of a bill fails to pass, the Яepublicants☠ will very likely allow Obamacare to die a slow and agonizing death due to malnutrition and malicious neglect, with no replacement whatsoever, and then try to blame it on Obama.
This is definitely a crossroad for the Repugnants. Support tRump, the Party, or the people. Unfortunately, it’s lose-lose. The ACA eventually dies an overly expensive death, or the AHCA passes with all its major faults, or it fails and we still have nothing. More non sequitur politics.
They’re literally rewriting this mess the night before to try to squeeze out more votes. They don’t care how it actually affects people’s health care, or whether it even works — all that matters is getting a win.
Now that Trump voters are finally realizing that Trump’s health care and budget take money away from THEM and give it to the rich, you think they might be getting a bit of a headache?Problem is, no known health care system (and few legal systems) protect victims of con artists from the con artists.
The funny part of this toon is, that sugar is more tax cuts for the wealthy, less coverage for the poor and taking away choices for women. “sugar” indeed, more like salt!
When the medical costs out numbers your ability to pay you go without. That is the long slow death. A form of premeditated torture without the need for truncheons, barbed wire fences or jackboots. And you end up dead at home or in the emergency room over loaded with thousands of others. And the star spangled banner still flies.
As of now 0 Democrats are voting for it. And at least 28 Republicans say they will vote against it.

Thankfully I have heathcare here in Canada, because I’m sick of what the repubs are trying to feed the Americans.

“Sugar” being a euphemism for heroin with some fentanyl mixed in.

MANIACALLY TITANIC – {a rhyme}
Isn’t it time to panic?
The Right is frighteningly manic
under leadership frightening, {insane} insanic, -
- which steers our Ship of State
to a frightening disastrous fate.
Shall we call our nation the “Titanic”?

It’s said that for a “medicine” to be effective it has to taste really, really bad.

GLORIOUS TIMES {a rhyme and a note}
Our nation is heading at last toward glory,
in this Trump-era chapter of history’s story.
He leads us with gorgeous oratory
to blissful days all hunky-dory,
in every way quite laudatory.
Let’s not let this era be transitory,
but forever entrenched in our repertory.

You get to pay more for less because billionaires want another tax break. It’s the republican way.
