Indeed, I made sure not to let them choose for me since it would simply conform to what I had already read. No thanks for them "helping"me.

I don’t mind them making recommendations; I just wish they were better at it.

I kind of like it how when I look up an out of print book on amazon whithin hours I get an e-mail with a list of other out of print books for the same topic. It’s so useless.

It’s nice to see Caulfield being genuinely thoughtful, not just snarky or disruptive. For once, he actually is the smartest guy in the room.
