Our system of checks and balances doesn’t work with 2 heavily polarized political parties who care more about being in control than working for the people?

I am an old white guy doing my best to subvert the stereotypes about old white guys, but these 5 are sure making the job a lot harder. 8^(

The fear of getting destroyed by the trump tweet is keeping all those republicans in line.. for now. Shameful.. but then that is politics where keeping your job is more important than doing / saying the right thing for the country.

ALL the Republicans care about is power and control.RED

Don’t forget about padding their bank accounts as well as the bank accounts of their investment bank, big pharma and special interest cronies.

We need some Republicans with principles. Where are they? Trump is not a real conservative, they should not feel they have to support him.

I have thought for quite a while that Mike Pence was the understudy the Republicans hoped would soon take over. Plans within plans: the Tea Party will then have a definite voice in the United States’ highest office. This will eventually be known as the era when the international oligarchical Right Wing took over Western governments.

Except it begins to look as if the “understudy” is Bannon and the alt-right. I think the Republican leadership (such as it is) has blown this one big time, whether or not they realize it.

Maybe it’s just my bad eyesight, but it sure looks like the three ‘see no evil, hear no evil and speak no evil’ monkeychairs are all wearing yellow shirts. Scaredy-cats?

The old guard republicans are more than happy to be there. As long as they don’t have to listen to a black guy anymore, they don’t care what happens.

What a question! The wino on the right likes his cheap plonk- hidden in a coffee cup- w/o sugar. Would be nice if he could shower… once in a while. Wonder how strumpf or any one near him can take the creep’s stench…

This is a great depiction of Bannon, who almost always looks like a drug addict or hungover drunk. Also, see the tiny crown on Drumpf? I’m sure he imagines himself a king.
