This was actually a private joke. Sasha’s owner messaged me this past week to say that she’d discovered that her husband was a distant relation to Jane Austen, so it was funny that I had two of his “family members” in the strip. So today’s mashup.
I’m late getting here (6PM Mountain Time) but I’m seeing what looks like Sunday’s strip. I’m not seeing a strip that matches up with the comments prior to mine.
The strip I’m seeing is about the Monopoly game and is dated 1-11-08. The first comments seem to be about a strip involving dogs. Did the GC censor get upset about something? We are not amused.
