Gene must have just used the new GoComics.

I like the new site…..easier on my old eyes :P

I use the A-Z format to read my comics here. Number one thing I don’t like so far is I can’t tell if the comics is updated or not. Have to open it to see.

So far the most annoying thing to me is constantly having to go back and forth to the comments page. It is kinda stupid that once you select the comments it doesn’t stay in your selection and let you browse through your comics with the comments still showing below each time. Keep the select comments option if you just want to read your comics but allow it to remain in the comments format if you want to view them. I mean, REALLY ? This is better, going back and forth ?

Plus, how can you view the prior days comics and comments without having to enter a date and select each one at a time, should be able to select a day and view the entire days comics. This is not an improvement or user friendly. Too much jumping around, etc. Yes the comic image is improved and easier to see. The rest not so much.

The changes were done for the set who use iPads and such, not us.

I don’t like the sound of that THUD

Maybe he’s thinking about the cost of all the improvements.

There’s been to much focus on her wants, none at all on his. I don’t blame himfor being upset.

Tips for the New GoComics:

Navigation Tip: Instead of right clicking the strip title and opening in a new tab|window as we use to do, right click on the speech balloon and open in a new tab|window. This way you won’t have to reload your comic page when you want to go to another comic.

Screen Name/Avatar: Click on your Avatar (top of the screen to the right of SHOP) and select MY PROFILE and click EDIT. Then you change your display name and/or update your avatar. Note: Your display name will appear in all caps regardless of how you enter it.

Editing a comment: Until you refresh the page pressing Ctrl + Z in the comment box will re-display your comment so you can edit it and then repost it (then you can delete the previous one). Note this does not work when using Reply.
