Petey: Mom! Here's my Halloween costume for this year! Mom: Oh! It's a....? Petey: It's a blank sheet of paper-the most terrifying thing int he world to anyone who writes or draws! This Halloween, while I trick or treat, I'll be making a scathing commentary on creativity and it's losing war against the void! Petey: Should I stick the paper on my shirt or just wave it in people's faces? Mom: Take a stack of paper and pass it out. That'd be scarier.

Looks like he’s taking advantage of the paper explosion from a couple of days ago. And if they don’t give them candy, he shall give papercuts.

A lot of kid-centered comics use parents simply as foils. This one treats them as quick-witted, interesting, and loving adults. Bravo!
