How about “think outside of the box” or “that’s doable” or "hold that thought "

There’s a special corner for “proactive”.

How about all the news people who turn nouns into verbs? Partner, prank, gift, etc.

Well duh! We told you to go there often enough.

Anyone using that expression should end up there, including that woman on the commercial.

Set aside some barefoot walking on red-hot Legos for confusing “insure” with “ensure”. Also absolutely hate “empower” something, someone or anything !!!

What about……" it was soo fun"

Or “Like, you know, like totally, like, literally, shot my mouth off”.

Yes, he lit a fart.

“At the end of the day…”

He’s sophisticated enough to say ‘one’ instead of ‘you’, so I say give him a reprieve.

And people who add “very” or “so” to the word “unique.”

Don’t forget “Alls” (as in, "Alls I’m trying to say is . . . "). And supermarket sign makers who don’t know that “less” is not a synonym for “fewer.” And the new synonyms for “said” (hilariously illustrated in yesterday’s “Pearls Before Swine”). And in honor of my mother, her personal favorite: “At this point in time” when all you’re really trying to say is “now.”
