    Actually, therefore /= thus. “Therefore” means "for that reason; “thus” means “in that way.”

    To make it clearer: Juliet is asking why Romeo has that name: Wherefore art thou “Romeo?” That marks him as a member of the family that is having a feud with hers. This is why her next line is “What’s in a name? A rose by any other name would smell as sweet.”
