I’m up at my normal time, but no citrus. Got to go later this morning all the way over to new Dr’s office for bloodwork. I will take along a little snack and later do groceries (out of many things and .. . . .I DO plan to have a “last meal” on Valentines’ (caviar, filet mignon as I mentioned. I might even see if I can pick up a single serving of creme brulee that I could have with some fresh raspberries and whipped creme). I have resigned myself to making omlets with just egg white (not really THAT bad if I cook it well with 1/2ved grape tomatoes and other stuff in it and seasoned well with my tumeric/cayenne/ginger blend). Still, a whole year is a long time to give up so many foods. I made the almond meal cookies yesterday but will only eat some more before the 15th. That WILL be the start of diet (after all the tests on my heart and arteries on 14th).

I think they call it spamming or hi-jacking. Not to good at this but have seen this happening else where. When you crack a code to put stuff on a site soon or later even if intentions good the wardens of the site will shut it down. Its defensive. People pay to put ads on a site. If someone can post an ad link on a comment page he/she just got free advertisement.

All interwined, though sometimes the threads are non-linear or anachronistic, dependent as they are upon our faulty memories and also the whim of J. Van Amerongen, who can change the path whenever he likes.
I like it better this way.
