The internet has ruined me: I saw the hanger and immediately went MUCH darker before I read the caption.

4 months of BIPARTISAN (means both parties are working on it) negotiations in the Senate to work out an acceptable bill, WHICH THEY DID. McConnell endorsed it. Schumer endorsed it. Biden endorsed it. The Border Patrol endorsed it. Until your Orange Baby Demigod (demagogue?) realized that if he can’t whinge about these boogymen “flooding America” to keep his braindead sycophants all riled up he’s got nothing of substance to campaign about. And what did he do? Called his good little lapdogs and told them to oppose it. Suddenly McConnell is opposed to it. Johnson is so scared he’s not even willing to allow it on the floor to debate it. Why? There’s no legitimate reason to oppose it. Hell, a number of R politicians have literally come out saying they don’t want to give Biden a win. How these people can scream from the rooftops about being “Patriots” while doing everything they can to act against America’s (and Americans they’re supposed to represent) interests is beyond anybody capable of independent thought.
