Even Scalia said it was the DUTY of the government to regulate arms under the Second Amendment. Long past time, but instead this idiot rescinded the rule keeping guns out of the hands of the insane. Yep, it is insane. (And yes, I am a hunter and gun owner. They’re a tool, not an object of worship.)

The mental health issue is within Congress. Unable to ignore the NRA lobbyists (the lackeys of the gun manufacturers).

The 2nd amendment permits the right to own guns. Not an ease of purchasing anything and everything.

The fastest, easiest and cheapest way for an insignificant nobody to become a far too significant somebody is to be dangerous. Works for everyone from loser loner loonies to nation states like NK or Russia. So, keeping that in mind, the NRA says “Guns don’t kill people. People kill people!” Right, mostly. Guns just make it a whole helluva lot easier for people to kill people.

Look, you know, at the time the Second Amendment was written, the only firearms known or even imagined were black-powder muzzle-loaders. So let’s for once be originalists: That was what the writers of the Constitution had in mind, and perhaps that’s all that should be allowed now, at least without “extreme vetting.”

They are cutting 4.5 billion from human services because 1% billionaires need tax breaks.

Isn’t it funny ( sick ) how when a WHITE guy commits a murderous outrage it’s very quickly called anything but what it is by the orange one— HERR DRUMPF. Apparently it’s only Terrorism if someone with different skin tones or beliefs of a "fake " religion does it . Since LAS VEGAS there have been about 1000 gun deaths but only the 8 deaths by truck were terrorism. Makes sense doesn’t it !

Collectively.. it is a mental health problem.. The mental health of all those that think more guns are the answer..

Well, if it takes one to know one, tRump should be able to recognize someone with a mental health problem.

If it’s a “Mental Health Problem” then fix that by offering FREE mental healthcare to everybody.

Then stop trying to repeal ACA which at least has a little mental health care coverage and work to expand it to everyone.

They aren’t interested in covering any who cannot pay for it all themselves. Which is why we will be the the short lived class. Worked the hardest, children indoctrinated and us dying fairly young while they live on and on waiting for their deity to return when they have completed their Great Commission.
