Replacing reality with an ideology based on the voices in your head is always difficult. If I heard voices in my head telling me to do malevolent things, I would seek help, not run for office and if elected act on them.
Who knew healthcare was so complicated?………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………Just ask a doctor. (Not yours, he looks like he got his MD out of a box of Cracker-Jacks.
They shoulda ran someone other than Mrs. Clinton. I voted Sanders for primary and would have gladly gone with Mrs. Warren were she in the game. Too much baggage in the Clinton camp, is what killed the Dems and that business with DNC skewing the nomination soured me on DEMS. I am Independent and vote who I believe in or against who I don’t !
Sooooo….what exactly was the man who had the temerity to run for POTUS DOING when Hillary was trying so hard to reform healthcare? (the point here being not good or bad, but that it was so hard it never happened.) NOBODY KNEW?!? Only someone whose sole concern his entire life has been his own aggrandizement and gratification would say that and not know what an IDIOT he makes of himself in so doing.
Philosophically, Republicans believe that health care is not a right, but a responsibility, much like taking care of one’s car or mowing the lawn. That is wrong, of course. When liberals don’t understand that, they are fighting the wrong enemy. And first, this philosophical position must be demolished. Then the false economic belief that it is cheaper to not adequately cover America’s health needs must be exposed. To shame people with not caring about the sick is an emotional argument that hasn’t worked yet.

The repealing part is easy !

Republicans “tried” to repeal 60+ times when they couldn’t.
.
Now that they CAN repeal, they can’t.
Because they have NO plan.
And never did.
.
The problem is they do not want undeserving (i.e. poor) people to get health care,
but just cannot admit it publicly.

Lily Tomlin as “Trudy the Bag Lady” said something like: “I find reality interesting as a concept, but as a lifestyle it’s rather confining.”

KNOCK ON WOOD – {a rhyme}
The same goes the song, with too many a verse
that Trumpism blunders much worse, ever worse.
Soon we’ll send flowers and back up the hearse
and the family and friends will soon disperse.
{This’ll take some luck, – so we knock on wood,
hoping government again can be doing some good.}

And late yesterday, Pence met with the “Freedom” caucus to discus health care. Wonder what he promised them?

Eight years to improve/replace the ACA, and nothing. The only place Congress & the Cabinet want to invest money, is in their own pockets.

Why are Republicans having trouble replacing it? Because its the closest thing possible to the “do nothing” plan they prefer.
They just hate it because OBAMA!
