Stolen from Bugs Bunny.
Dang. He gots a great eyesight.
Very good Ziggy, your vision is above 20/20.;-D
Wait! There’s a Main St. in Kenosha???
If his eyes are so good, he should be able to see that he doesn’t always wear pants!
Hey, that’s what I do at the ophthalmologists office, it kills;)
With my 20-10 eyesight, I’m the only member of my family that didn’t need glasses.
Stolen from a 1950’s superman comic book.
At a screening at school, I read “copyright 1962….All rights reserved.” She said, “Read the bottom line.”
Kenosha doesn’t have a Main Street
Most people don’t know that a standard eye chart is actually in a foreign language. When translated it means EYE CAN’T SEE.
He got off better than this poor kid: https://www.gocomics.com/perry-bible-fellowship/2020/12/15?ct=v&cti=45056
There’s actually an earlier cartoon where Bugs did that as well: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=axNgZ7UnWNk from about 2:17 to 2:24.
Without my glasses lucky to see the chart at all.
His eyesight must not be as good as all that. There is no “Main Street” in Kenosha.
I kind of have the opposite experience. Right eye – corrects to 20/20. Left eye – “You mean, that big white rectangle over there?”
I can’t even read it now. . .
I got one of those promotional pens in the mail with my business’ name on it. I thought I might order a hundred, but the geniuses had not put their contact info anywhere on the pen.
The last time I read a standard eye chart on the wall, was for my Peace Corps physical at the Naval Hospital in Philadelphia. When asked to read the bottom line, I also read off the notice at the bottom. Unfortunately, now I wear glasses and they project the eye chart on to a mirror.
Would be hilarious to see Ziggy in glasses.
