I’m not surprised that so many of our resident conservatives are walking in lock-step with the RNC on this one; look what happens when you ask THEM a tough question. They either…A. Pretend not to see it.B. Put words in your mouth. ( “So what you’re saying is….etc.” )C. Make an Ad hominem argument. ( “Then why did Bill Clinton lie under oath?” )D. Go into attack mode. (“It’s telling that some of our less informed members are making straw man arguments…” )OrE. Play the victim.Honestly, what are Repub candidates going to do the first time PUTIN hits them with a tough question, jump up and down and cry, “Waaaaah, no fair!”?

Actually, the Republican debates are accomplishing a lot. The Democrats win every time they broadcast one. But, if they are going to do telethons which make Hillary look intelligent, dignified, and competent, while the Republicans look disorganized, uninformed and angry, bringing in millions of dollars in donations for Hillary, it’s only fair that they investigate Bernie too. I don’t have a clue what for, but it’s pretty obvious there isn’t any reason to investigate Hillary either, at least not any that they managed to mention during the eleven hours that they spent humiliating themselves .

Crybabies who demand ultra-easy questions at debates would be sure to be cowards when dealing with foreign leaders or tough issues.

Maybe if the TV lights were LEDs, they wouldn’t be so hot.
‘Course, using LEDs is an attack on freedom, so I guess it won’t happen.

The wisdom of GOP voters can be seen in Kentucky, where old people who are happy to have Obamacare just voted in a guy who pledges to kill it.
All along, they wanted death panels.

The personality types attracted to the parties have a different basis for their opinions. To question members of one party using the other party’s ideological values, will only lead to chaos. The intra-candidate debates should not be the same as the inter-candidate debates. I can understand disagreeing with the other party’s ideology, but we should be respectful of opinions that are different than our own.
