“I don’t like Mondays”

There are four more to go.

I try not to rush my days. But then I’n a lay-a-bout.

I’m thankful there’s only one Monday every week.

One time there were two Mondays.

Only cyclists love Mondays

Brutus isn’t lucky enough for there to be only one Monday in a week.

Sigh… it seems like every Monday is another Monday.

The work week consists of Monday, 2nd Monday, 3rd Monday, 4th Monday, and Payday.

Brutus found the silver lining.

Poor Brutus. It looks like a couple of Mondays ganged up on him at once.

Now the bad news. Even though there are only 4 weeks in a month – some months have 5 Mondays!

Before I retired, I looked forward to Monday. As I was a Minister of Music, I had my church work to keep me busy. Monday was a relatively fun day that paid better.

Worst one I ever heard about was when I asked a customer how he was doing and he answered, “I just thank gawd today’s the last Monday of the week.”; it was Friday.

There’s a Monday every week, Brutus.

Ole Brutus could say that about every day…..sigh!

We share your pain Brutus. Nobody likes Mondays. But for a Born Loser Mondays are like Friday the 13th every week.

I woke up too sick to go to work today, so which is worse? Monday or too sick to go to work(first time in a year)?

I love reading these comments about how Mondays suck, being retired. Out of sympathy, I made sure Monday sucked for me, I did my laundry.

A friend’s weekend is Sunday and Monday. He loves Mondays. Stores are less crowded than Sundays, banks are open, and so on. His Monday is Tuesday.

Arnie replies, “you’re beginning to sound like Garfield, every Monday”…

Aren’t we all, always? Except for retirees – for whom every day is Saturday (well, at least the days without doctor appointments).

You hope. Remember who you are. Don’t tempt fate….

Some Mondays are holidays. So there’s that.

There are 52 in the year. Try not to weep.
