She should curse him. Not sure the fatter curse would work on him though. Mayber she should try stupider. Kinder would be nice, but unless he enjoys being rude to folks, it’s not really much of a curse for him. Poorer would be an appropriate curse for him, but Ofal and Ivan could curse him with that one without supernatural powers. Of course the ultimate curse for him really would be healthy patients who never need to see the doctor.
