    I’m not even close to 200 myself… I’m just approximately 20 under.

Recliner? When it comes to weightlifting, I just stay in my plugger decliner—mode.

Nowadays, we buy an “assisted lift” chair. A recliner that will put you allllllmost all the way on your feet. I don’t have one (yet.)

I’ve held the line at 175 lbs for decades, but the muscle into fat conversion is a problem at 70.

Lift with your legs, not your back.

Congrats Gene Jones. Years ago I lived in Homer City. Probably all merged now.

I can still do that lifting part. But these days it comes with sound effects.

I do that from the launch-pad of the toilet. Added a temp-use “extender”-seat on the thing, so the angle of launch is just-right! I psych myself out, with the “3-2-1”-count and exclaim, “LIFT-OFF!! WE HAVE LIFTOFF!!!” (Only one-time I had to “scrub a mission”, and restart the sequence…!)

I’ve found with age that it helps to get an advantage by leaning way forward as I stand.
