Besides, many large billboards like this do come with access ladders built into the posts; not necessarily easily accessible, but there nonetheless.

Besides the stupidity of not having a ladder…

Every single car driving by would see them climbing and defacing the billboard. Unless it was erected on a deserted back road, which would make no sense. And how were they going to reach the whole billboard? Were they only going to add something to the bottom? Or is the billboard only 6’ tall?

Yep, either someone gets hurt or they get caught and suspended from the team, thereby jeopardizing their shot for…..well, based on the team so far, 7th place.
