@ Richard S. Russell: Thank you for your discourse yesterday on antagonyms. I heard one at work, when some people were planning two bus tours during a conference: “Sue, I can’t go on the trip I helped plan, so could you help there, please? I need to make sure everyone finds the right bus, so just take this list and tick off the people as they get on the bus.” “Er, wanna rephrase that?” I also head of someone,upon being asked for a reference, sayin, “Wherever he gos, I’m sure he’ll be fired with enthusiasm!” But thanks again for the term “Antagonym;” I wasn’t aware of the term, though I’ve used ’em. :)

When I was a kid and we babysat the class guinea pig for a weekend, it bit my Mom.

CdS doesn’t always succeed at humor, but I’ll give it credit for taking a unique approach overall. Most comics could swap jokes with ease.

Dander’s voice is certainly Michael Caine…brilliant connection. Richard Thompson: you are a genius beyond measure…I’ve just caught up with that last 2.5 years’ worth of strips. We moved from Portland OR to the boonies in the Colorado Rockies in 2010…no Cul de Sac for all that time! I hope with all my heart that you are doing well. I thank you for the literally hundreds of laughs you’ve provided over the years…please take whatever time you need and come back to us feeling better…no pressure, but our future depends on you. At least our future moods…
