I once got the idea of an unauthorized biography, only the author had to have dissociative identity disorder (a.k.a. multiple personalities).

Kinda reminds me of Charles Barkley being interviewed about something in his autobiography,denying it and then saying that he must have been misquoted!

Amen! And only Bucky could write a scandalous unauthorized autobiography.

Chuck Barris’ book “Confessions of a Dangerous Mind” was subtitled “an unauthorized autobiography”. According to the book, besides being a game show creator and host, he was also a hit man for the CIA.
