When I moved to Connecticut a real estate agent saw my out of state plates and blocked my car so that I’d have to come out and talk with him. I decided to waste his time and look at a few houses that I didn’t buy. No problem there, he tried to push off his garbage houses on me. One that had trees growing through the foundations, another right behind an theatre that showed only x-rated movies, etc.

Wife likes watching and feeding wild birds. So guess what our back patio furniture always looks like .

I take it that all the “stuff” on Ziggy and the realtor isn’t autumn leaves but from the feathered friends on the property.

Seagulls are nesting on the neighbor’s flat roof. I warned him that it would happen but he’s not a detail guy.

I wonder if this is the first depiction of bird excrement in the comics page and, if so, should this episode be counted as a marker in cultural history.
