Kareem Abdul-Jabbar writes about concussions in his Substack blog today. He apparently is recovering, too. His doctor found that he recovered faster if he did some mild exercise rather than ‘vegging out’. No two cases are the same. You can read his article on substack.

Sounds awful. The video makes it worse. Wait till you get to be over 70. It could take 6 months to recover.

Dre hugging his mother laughing is the best, sweet and comical. I would have laughed too seeing a video like that.
