I remember getting whacked in the face by a ball in the playground when I was at school and now I get scared whenever people are kicking a ball near me.

I was scared of getting hit in the head with the ball when playing sports as a kid. that’s why I don’t really understand why some football players hit the balls with their heads. Isn’t that a good way to get brain damage?
