This is a toon but my brother experienced something similar. He and his ex had three kids. She filed for child support of four kids.

He had to attend a hearing to contest it. Forced to produce a DNA report showing that the fourth was not his and she knew that the boy was the result of the affair she had. She answered that “yeah, but we were still married when I had him.”

Gave me the opportunity to ask my brother, who had some intelligence, why he married someone like her. He responded that she (who I did not meet until later in his marriage when she was a fat alcoholic) that I should “have seen her back then when she was really built”.
